Thank you for choosing Filament Genius ("the App" or "we"). We take your privacy and personal data protection seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our services.

1. Data We Collect

To provide core filament management features, we may collect the following information:

• Account Identifiers: Unique identifiers obtained via Apple, Google, or WeChat OAuth.
• User Profile: Display nickname and avatar URL provided by you.
• Business Data: Filament inventory details (brand, material, color, weight, etc.) and consumption logs record by you.
• Device Information: Operating system type, version, and device language settings.
• Transaction Records: Should you purchase a paid subscription (Pro Membership), we will collect purchase receipts, subscription statuses, and a securely linked email address. We do not collect or process raw credit card information (this is handled safely by Apple, Google, or Lemon Squeezy). Your email address is securely stored strictly for the purpose of recovering subscription assets across platforms or in the event of account deletion and re-registration.

2. Purpose of Data Use

We collect this data solely for:

• Creating your account and syncing your filament inventory data across multiple devices.
• Providing filament consumption statistics and project analysis.
• Ensuring safe application operation and complying with local regulations.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Cooperations

• Storage Location: Your data is primarily stored on Supabase Cloud (hosted via AWS in Asia Pacific).
• Local Storage: For offline functionality, data is cached locally on your device using the Isar database.
• Payment & Subscription Processing SDKs: When you make in-app purchases or subscribe, we rely on digital business security gateways. On iOS/Android mobile devices, transactions are securely handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play and synced with us via an open-source intermediary service (e.g., RevenueCat). On our web or desktop gateways, transactions are securely settled via Lemon Squeezy. Throughout this process, your sensitive credit card information and payment credentials are fully managed by the aforementioned licensed partners and NEVER pass through or reside on our servers. We simply receive a digital token indicating whether your payment was successful.
• No Misuse of Your Core Data: Except for necessarily incorporating the above essential infrastructure to deliver our basic operations, we do not sell, rent, or abuse your personal information or business data with any unauthorized third parties, unless mandated by law.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/PIPL Compliance)

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access & Correction: You can view or modify your profile information in the App settings.
• Account Deletion: You can request account deletion at any time via "Account Management."
• Data Erasure: Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete all your cloud data assets within 30 days.

5. Child Protection

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor, please stop using the App. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. In the event of material changes, we will notify you via a full-screen popup in the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
